Glastonbury town is famous for lot of different things and is definitely not somewhere that should be missed.

It is possibly best well known for being the home to the world famous Glastonbury Festival that happens every June which brings people from all over into our little corner of Somerset

Glastonbury Abbey

Glastonbury Abbey is a beautiful place to visit and will leave in you in awe of how magnificent the ruins are, just imagine what they would have been like before. It is full of history and surrounded by myths and legends and is the home to the ancient burial site of King Arthur and Queen Guinevere.

Chalice well and Garden

Located at the base of the Tor, many people visit the gardens to experience the peace and unique atmosphere that the garden offers. 

Glastonbury Tor

If visiting Glastonbury, the Tor is something that should not be missed. There are two routes to the top one a little less steep than the other, but the walk up is worth it. The Tor itself is magnificent which is only rivalled by the 360 views of the surrounding area. From up there you can truly appreciate the beauty of Somerset.
